How Andre Recalls Patients in Shared Care with Orthodontists or Periodontists With Eaglesoft

Possibly the best place on Google to find Eaglesoft Training

Do you want a simple way to reactivate patients who are in “shared care” with an Orthodontist or Periodontist? 

Consider using the Recall Notes field.  That’s the “box” in the upper tight side of the Edit Patient screen.

In the Recall Notes field, enter the specialist’s name (example: “Orthoworld”).  Do this for all patients who share care with a specialist.

To get a list of these patients,

- Go to Activities>Practice Management>Monet Finder. In the Recall Note Includes field enter “Orthoworld” (or whichever specialists you’re searching for).

Process Money Finder and you will generate a report of all Patients who are in treatment at Orthoworld. Of course you can use filters, exclude patients with appointments and now you have a list of all the Orthoworld Patients who are not scheduled for recare.
