Intellicare Alert: Andre Shows It’s Possible to show Patients who has “No Insurance On File” (A “Cash” Patients)

There are many offices who ask for an option to show that the patient who is schedule has “No Insurance on File”. This is a great tool if insurance verification has to be done while viewing the schedule. To achieve this, an Intellicare Alerts can be created in Lists>Intellicare>New
The example will create an Intellicare Alert based on this statement: Show me an icon on the Schedule and/or the Virtual Clinical Screen for Patients who have no Employers/Coverage Plans their Edit Patient screen. This state is true for both Primary and Secondary coverage.

If you are not seeing this icon on your schedule after doing this setup, from the schedule follow this instruction:
Right click in a blank spot on the schedule and select Current Settings>Setup. In the Indicator Setup section, you have to select Intellicare Alerts from the Available section and use the Add button to include the Show and Order window.
