“EVERYONE always asks me about my Autonotes.
I kept saying ‘They are coming’"
NOW they’re here!

Andre Shirdan knows record documentation is essential to protecting the dental team and any dental practice. Knowing “what isn’t documented wasn’t done” he has created note templates that provide all team members with complete documentation for all treatment and patient discussion. The e-book is a valuable addition to any practice that wants to ensure appropriate documentation is accomplished with ease and uniformity throughout the practice.

-Ann-Marie DePalma, CDA, RHA, MEd, FADIA, FAADH | Oral Health Educator

I highly recommend Andre Shirdan’s book on Progress Notes if you love having the most efficient and complete clinical notes. Stop writing narratives for procedures! If you have a fantastic clinical record then you just screenshot it. Send it with the radiographs, intra-oral images and periodontal probing (if needed).

Often the pushback to making this change is clinical notes. Either they're not set up or they're not fit for copying/pasting. Make the change now before it's required! Not an Eaglesoft user, this can be used for all systems. Not in network so no need to worry about claims? You still must have complete patient records in case of complaints or legal action. Just get the book!

  • I do, but, SmartNotes are really “Lists” of items the practice uses like Cements, Core materials, Anesthesia, Labs. Those lists are unique to the office so, although I can provide a MY list, the office would need to create their own in the end. If you prefer, I can provider CREWED Progress as a SmartNote Version on request.

  • If there is a “significant” update, I will send a notice of update to owners and a link to update your current version.
