Intellicare Alert: Andre Shows how to show Patients in Eaglesoft Overdue for Recare

Would you like to know that a Scheduled Patient is “overdue” for their recare visit? Well with Intellicare (IC) Alerts you can automatically show an Icon on your schedule when the patient fits into this category (see picture).

To add this Intellicare, go to Lists > Intellicare > New

Using the Service option, use the example below to set up the IC.

This will enable the IC but it may not show on your schedule until you turn the option on in the Schedule setting.  To do this open the schedule and at the top of the screen use Tools > Setup Items. On the right side of the screen, make sure to add Intellicare Alerts to the Show and Order (see picture).

WARNING: Using Intellicare Indicators may impact overall OnSchedule performance.
