3 - The "Following" Rule
Want to "Follow" a post? THAT’S GREAT!
Click the 3 "dots" in the upper right of the post. Choose “Turn on Notifications”. Then you are following the post.
Don't post "F", "." or "Following" or it will be deleted. Facebook is set up to "Auto Delete" any post with the word "Following". So... Sorry (not Sorry) (Updated 6/2022)
4 - Group Curation Rule
This is a “Curated” group. This is NOT a "Warning" just letting you know that The Administrator has the right to: Edit content, deleted altogether or move your question into an existing thread to keep topics together. In some cases, a multi-part question may be split into multiple thread for continuity.
If there IS a post/thread for that already! (or at least try to search for it before starting a new one). The BIGGEST request/complaint I get is: "I can find a clear answer without reading ten different threads!" I created the Unit Section to (hopefully) make this easier. USE IT and add to a discussion thread. Don't start a whole new thread about the same topic.

5 - Post can be deleted for being "off topic"
If your post is not Eaglesoft related it might be immediately removed or I might direct your answer to a group more appropriate to address the question. (Updated 6/2022)
6 - Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.
7 - No Hate Speech or Bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, politics, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Treat EVERYONE with respect! (Updated 6/2022)
8 - Be Kind and Courteous
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. Please don't start a topic with "Eaglesoft sucks because...." Save it and figure out a way to make it better. Don't start with "I used Dental-Tricks for 30 years...". Who cares.... It's like saying "My last boyfriend took me to..." Your current boyfriend doesn't want to hear it Enjoy the "relationship" you're in.

10 - There are people who can show you how you "use" Eaglesoft and there are those who are Certified BY Patterson to train you on Eaglesoft.
Plain and simple: I ONLY RECOMMEND Certified Technology Advisors ("trainer") to go into offices to work with you. So many "others" are training you with looking up answers in the group OR calling me for help while they are taking your money. Jus' sayin'.
